2026 RATES UPDATE

Effective January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026
We’re committed to providing exceptional care, and our rates reflect the investment needed to hire and support skilled, compassionate caregivers. This ensures you receive consistent, reliable, high-quality service.

HOME CARE RATES
• $40 per hour
• Weekends +$8 per hour (Friday 8 PM to Monday 8 AM)
SERVICE MINIMUMS
• 4-hour minimum per shift
• 16-hour minimum per week ($614 weekly)
ADDITIONAL SERVICES & DISCOUNTS
• Additional Client – Add $15.00/hour for a second client in the same home.
• Holidays – The following holidays are billed at 1.5× the regular rate: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
• Overtime – If a preferred caregiver works over 40 hours/week, clients are billed 1.5× for those overtime hours.
• 24/7 Care Discount – Clients receiving continuous 24/7 care receive a $50/day discount.
IMPORTANT TERMS
• Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 72 hours' notice to cancel or reduce any scheduled shift. Cancellations within 72 hours require payment for the reserved hours, as caregivers must be compensated for the lost time.
