Our Care Standards

To deliver quality, consistent care, we have:

16-hour weekly minimum

4-hour shift minimums

These standards help us build stable, long-term relationships between clients and caregivers — not a rotation of new faces each week.

How Our Process Works

Phone Meeting

Speak with a Care Manager to discuss your loved one’s needs and schedule.

In-Home Consultation

Your Care Manager meets with you in person to create a customized care plan.

Paperwork & Agreement

We review everything together to make sure you’re comfortable and confident.

Schedule Setup

We confirm days, times, and assign the right caregivers for consistency.

Caregiver Introduction

You’ll meet your caregiver before the first shift to ensure a smooth start.
